Order Cancellation
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all orders are prepaid.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only for damaged product received by customer. after the damaged product is received by us and verified by our team, reverse shipping charges will only be reimbursed up to Rs.250 to the customer after receiving the proof payment and courier invoice. In case the product if found to be undamaged/changed, product will be resent to customer after receiving the applicable shipping charges collected from the customer.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery with proof. Unpacking video mandatory for refund or exchange in case of a damaged product received by customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions.
- Opened or used products.
